Following the theme of our latest post, today’s post is on another pair of twin-cities that are well worth your time and space on your travel bucket list. Champaign-Urbana is located in East Central Illinois and is best known for being the campus town of University of Illinois. However, these towns have much more to offer outside of university involvement.
While there are many big cities in Germany that are worth your time, some of the small cities are just as worthy of a spot on your travel list. A great example would be the town of Heidelberg. Heidelberg is located on the southeastern side of Germany, just south of Frankfurt. The main draws to this town is the old charm and romantic feel it gives off to anyone who visits. Today’s post brings us back to the island of Ortigia, off the mainland of Sicily. Southern Italy can be a hot place to be, temperature wise, especially in the summer. What better way to cool off than with some popsicle-like desserts?
